Case Study: John Hopkins All Children’s Research and Education Building
Accelerated provided a complete pack, relocation, and unpack and placement of all drawer content, bench top equipment and free standing laboratory equipment four PI’s into their brand new Research and Education Building. The move consisted of relocation with generator truck (25) -80c units, (46) -20 units, (11) 4c units, including (16) Deli units, (3) LN Freezers and Dewars, (20) Biosafety Cabinets (BCS’s), many LC’s, GC’s, MS’s, microscopes, including a SEM, vibration tales, (26) incubators and 100’s of pieces of benchtop equipment.
Drawer, shelf and bench top instruments were tagged and relocated to the final location within a 4 week period of time. the move consisted of numerous GC’s LC’s Mass Specs, Ovens, Manufacturing equipment which required specialized processes and equipment, chemicals, microscopes, analyzers, refrigerators, and freezers. This move was done on time and on schedule without a loss. We worked with Manufactures Reps and facilities in relocating this site. We also did additional moves not originally part of the original scope of work all within the original move timeline.
